With every luxury residence, we try our best to conceal the technology so it is either hidden or blends in with the design intent of the space. This project is a great example of that. We were brought in by the architect at the design stage and worked along the team every step of the way until completion. The technology system for this residence was designed around the manufacturer Crestron. We chose Crestron for this project because it manufactures its own control system, lighting system, and motorized window treatments. For audio, we went with Sonance speakers as they have a large selection of architectural and invisible speakers.
